At Carah, our process is as refined and personal as the jewellery we create. Our Founder, Graduate Diamond Specialist and Designer Cara Steele, will guide you through each step of our bespoke process to ensure your piece is one of a kind.
01 / Initial Consultation
Our bespoke design process begins with an informal call between yourself and our Founder and Diamond Specialist Cara. This is an opportunity for Cara to discuss the design process in detail and learn more about your vision, including your style and budget.
02 / DESIGN
Cara will help you decide on everything from diamonds and gemstones to the setting and style, before finalising your design.
03 / THE PERFECT GEMSTONE
Cara will hand select the best Diamonds or Gemstones, to perfectly suit your design and budget, explaining the difference between each. Choose the stone you love most and we will work with you to perfect the finer details and finalise your design.
04 / APPROVAL & CRAFTING
With your design approved, our skilled bench jeweller will cast your jewellery, set your stones and polish the final piece by hand, ensuring maximum sparkle!
05 / CLIENT HANDOVER
From start to finish, our bespoke process can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks, following client approval. However, if you're working with a specific timeline, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Once your piece is ready, we will package it up along with its certification for you to take home, or for complimentary delivery.
